Dr. Holly Rittenhouse-Cea received her PhD from Fordham University in Language, Literacy, and Learning specifically related to students with disabilities, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked in clinics, public and private schools, and in home programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities for over 15 years. As a behavior analyst, she has served the Ohio, Chicago, and Greater New York areas. Holly taught in the Division of Curriculum and Teaching at Fordham University training special education teaching candidates in behavioral methodologies for eight years, and in the Department of Special Education at Hunter College for three years. After spending the majority of her career out of state, Holly’s devotion to her home community of Dayton, Ohio led her back. She is currently the Director of the Master of Applied Behavior Analysis program at the University of Dayton, where she trains future behavior analysts and conducts research in applied behavior analysis. Holly is committed to expanding high quality treatment options for individuals with ASD in Ohio, as the Co-Founder of Applied Learning Institute.

Casey Falen, M.A., BCBA, COBA
CEO, Director of Business Operations
Casey Falen received her Masters of Arts from Western Michigan University in Psychology/Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in both Organizational Behavior Management and Professional Psychology (Autism) and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Upon graduating from WMU, she was recruited to work for a private agency in Ontario, Canada, which specialized in autism services. After three years abroad, Casey returned to the U.S. where she has worked as a behavior analyst in the states of California, New York, and Ohio providing in-home services, behavioral consultation, staff training, parent training, and more, both with agencies and privately. She has worked with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities for over fifteen years. Casey’s passion for helping others has led her to link arms with other leading behavior analysts to co-found two ABA therapeutic agencies including the Autism Behavior Consulting firm in New York and most recently, Applied Learning Institute in Ohio.

Dr. Bobby Newman

Bobby Newman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York and Tennessee, and Licensed Psychologist in New York and Florida. Affectionately known as the Dark Overlord of ABA, Bobby is the first author on over a dozen books regarding behavior therapy, the philosophy of behaviorism, the autism spectrum disorders, utopian literature, and fitness as well as several book chapters and training films. He has published over two dozen articles in professional journals, as well as numerous popular magazine articles and has hosted two series of radio call-in shows. Bobby is the Past-President of the Association for Science in Autism Treatment and the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis. A popular speaker, Bobby also provides direct treatment, staff training and consultation around the world, and has been honored for this work by several parents and professional groups. He is the Executive Director of Clinical Services for Proud Moments. Bobby is also a certified personal trainer, obstacle course racer and marathoner and is an Ambassador for the Great Sportsmanship Programme. Bobby teaches non-violent crisis intervention philosophy and techniques for agencies and families. Bobby was a final four finalist for the 2016 For Those Who Would Humanitarian Award and is a certified cigar sommelier.
Dr. Clare Liddon

Dr. Liddon is a clinician, faculty member, and researcher in applied behavior analysis. She provides behavioral consultation services to the NE Florida region. Through service delivery, her goal is to support the behavioral health of the local community with focused treatment and consultation-based services.
Dr. Liddon has expertise in assessment and treatment of severe behavior problems, early intensive behavioral intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disabilities, and community consultation.
She received her M.S. and Ph.D. in behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Liddon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral level (BCBA-D). Currently, she serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Dayton. Before coming to Dayton, she served as a Clinical Director at the May Institute and an Assistant Professor and VCS Program Coordinator for the University of North Florida’s master’s degree program in applied behavior analysis.
Dr. Madison Crandall

Madison Cloud Crandall, PhD, BCBA-D, is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Dayton in the Applied Behavior Analysis program. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Baylor University, and her PhD in Special Education from Vanderbilt University. She has been working with children with developmental disabilities in schools, homes, clinical settings, and research environments since 2015. Her research interests are primarily in methods for supporting generative language development in children with or at risk for developmental disabilities.
Dr. Marilin Colón

Marilin Colón obtained her PhD at Florida State University. During her time as a behavior analyst, she has worked as a consultant for a variety of populations with developmental disabilities. She has consulted and provided behavior analytic services for children and adults in special education classes, intermediate care facilities, and group homes. She has also supervised programs for early intervention services. Throughout this time, Marilin also taught Psychology undergraduate classes an adjunct instructor. From 2015 through 2020, she taught full-time for the School of Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology (FIT). After moving to Dallas in 2019, she continues to teach at The Chicago School in the ABA program at the Dallas campus while consulting for Galliant, LLC.
