Casey Falen, our CEO and Director of Business Operations, brings over fifteen years of experience in the field of autism services. Her journey, spanning from the United States to Ontario, Canada, reflects her unwavering dedication to enhancing the lives of individuals with ASD. Co-founding ALI was a natural extension of her passion for helping others.
Dr. Holly Rittenhouse-Cea, our COO and Director of Clinical Operations, embodies a commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work. With a PhD in Language, Literacy, and Learning, her expertise enriches our programs, ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs.

Erika Russ, our Director of Human Resources, brings a wealth of experience in both direct care and administrative roles within the ABA field. Her journey from Direct Care Professional to leadership positions highlights her dedication to both the individuals we serve and the professionals who support them.
Jenna Abrahamson, Kenzie Kleinhenz, and Nathan Arnold, our ALI team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, infuse our programs with their expertise and passion for early intervention. Their commitment to ongoing education ensures that our therapeutic practices evolve with the latest advancements in the field, ensuring optimal support for every child and family we serve.
Our team of professionally trained Analysts seamlessly integrate their expertise into our everyday practice, drawing from their experience working with individuals up the age of adulthood.
