Career Opportunities at Applied Learning Institute

The field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) is fast-growing. By joining ALI, you have a wonderful career opportunity to make extraordinary contributions in the lives of children with ASD by providing intensive behavioral intervention services using empirically-validated ABA principles. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts have strong leadership skills and seek to make a difference at ALI by guiding our amazing team of RBTs. BCBAs are responsible for completing intake assessments, developing and revising individualized programs and behavior plans, conducting training, and overall management of client outcomes. BCBAs collaborate closely with families to develop goals that are culturally and socially relevant. 

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technicians at Applied Learning Institute work one-on-one with children with ALI at our clinic or in home programs. Responsibilities include implementing custom therapy programs to meet the unique treatment needs of each client. RBTs work under the close supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) implementing treatment to help individuals develop across all domains.
